Half price smoked salmon

The smoked salmon was half price again, so I bought some kiln-smoked, which seems to have a deeper flavour to it. It made for an easy lunch with lemon juice and black pepper on it. The salad had baby gem lettuce, Vittoria tomatoes, black and green olives, spring onion, anchovies, feta cheese and smoked Austrian cheese, with an oil and vinegar dressing. I put the boiled egg alongside rather than in the salad to give a different taste, and put a tiny bit of salt on it. Even with all that, the taste of the smoked salmon was still dominant.
