Stunning seafood stew

This was gorgeous, and so easy.  I took a pack of Tesco’s mixed seafood (which comes already cooked), and poured it into a pint of fish stock made from a cube.  I added parsley and pepper.  I par-boiled a potato for 8 minutes, then cubed it and added it to the stock.  I fried a chopped onion and did the same.  Then I added two spoons of crème fraiche, brought it all to the boil and let it simmer for a few minutes.  Then I served it.  As well as the potato and onion, there were clams, squid and prawns, making it a great dish to serve o seafood lovers.
