Spag-hetti meat-a-balls!

I wonder if someone that works here reads the blog… Ever since I wrote the article about all the fish, there hasn’t been any sight of it! Today for lunch, the plate was piled high with spaghetti, on top of which was a rich tomato-based sauce, which also included onions and garlic. On top of this were a few meatballs, made from beef, which also had onions in them. To this mixture, I added various bits and pieces from the salad bar, including a hard boiled egg and some raw spinach leaves, which were delicious. I ate only about half of the spaghetti, and took a low-fat peach-flavoured yoghurt away for later consumption.
