Prawn star

To those who have followed this blog from the start this may seem familiar. I invented this at uni.
Lightly oil a pan and place on a low heat. Dump on a pack of cooked prawns to warm through. Grate a few cloves of garlic into the pan and grate black pepper.
Stirl until warmed through. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and still until creamy and warm. Place prawns in a romiane or cos lettuce leaf to eat.
This recipe has the advantage of being dairy and gluten free.
