That cod again

It was the Haozhan, of course.  We needed a quick, light, but classy meal.  We didn’t even bother with the preliminaries, but just ordered the three cod dishes for which the Haozhan is justly renowned.  Black cod, honey cod and champagne cod (the first two of which are in the above photo).  We had one helping of rice alongside between three of is.  Why do we keep ordering the cod dishes, which are among the most expensive on the menu?  The reason is that the fish is fresh, cooked perfectly (not a second overdone), and has a taste unequalled.  We drank the Still Bay chenin blanc from South Africa which might have been made to go with these dishes.
