Spigola

Retrying some of my old haunts, I went to La Margherita in Cambridge’s Bridge Street. It was a cold night, and my dining companion tucked into one of their home-made pizzas, while we shared a bottle of their house red wine. The filleted sea bass with roasted cherry tomatoes, capers and olive oil (spigola) caught my eye, so I ordered it. I was glad I did because it was really excellent. The tomatoes were good, too, but the fish was beautifully fresh and delicate. Full marks to La Marg.
