Great dumpling discovery

Determined to try a new place, we alighted on Dumplings Legend in Soho. Wow, it was so cool. Behind a glass wall we saw them making the dumplings for dim sum – nothing to hide. We had some dumplings as a starter, and chose prawn and crabmeat ones. They were brilliant.

Then we chose prawn sweet and sour with seasonal fruit. Delicious

Then bitter melon with salt fish. The salt fish was so intense in its taste that my dining companion couldn’t handle it. And the melon was… bitter.

And we drank a superb Saint Clair New Zealand sauvignon blanc. Must go back soon…

Mmm. Great meal. Next time we’ll just eat dim sum…
