Post-fishing breakfast

Three of us went for some early morning fishing a couple of kilometres out.  We saw dozens of dolphins and frigate birds, but caught no fish.  Back for breakfast we strolled along the beach to the Iguana Bar, where I had an omelet.  It came with ham, Emmental cheese and a few vegetables inside, and more grated cheese on top, plus a slice of tomato, cucumber, and some toast with a pot of jam on the side.  After the fishing it felt very good, though the omelet was firmer than I would make myself.  However, there was unlimited coffee…
