Starter’s orders

I attended the Sunday Jazz brunch at the East India Club again last week and piled my plate high (twice) with starters. Smoked salmon, couscous, beetroot, piece of salmon with cucumber slices on top, tomato and onion salad… I drank White Burgundy followed by a Red Claret that accompanied the roast beef perfectly.
