Best wine ever?

I bought this bottle in the bin-end of a shop for £20. A red Burgundy made by Carre-Courbin using grapes from the ‘les lurets’ vineyard in the Volnay region, 2001.

I’ve been looking the internet for it ever since. This was stonkingly good. I might settle for a different year eventually but that might just result in disappointment. It was a wonderfully perfumed wine. Fresh, floral notes and mineral palate, with smooth tannins and red fruit. Slightly sweet with a nose reminiscent of Madeira. Elegant and long. If you see it buy it.
