Joe’s Oriental Diner ***

Small King’s Road oriental venue. Friendly staff, who were apologetic our table wasn’t ready – Uncle Yam chips on the house. Mushroom San Choy Boy was very juicy and delicious. Unagi fried rice included a healthy dose of garlic, but needed a bit more eel. Music too harsh and loud. Not as good as Kurobuta down the road, also owned by Scott Hallsworth. Go to Kurobuta instead … it is superb.
