Sushi Garden ***

Sushi Garden is one of the most popular Japanese restaurants in Brighton.
The food was ok and I would return, but they took a long time to serve when I dined there, even for something simple like a Miso soup. The staff are polite though.
The fresh sushi is quite pricey, with their ‘warm’ sushi representing better value for money. I enjoyed the novelty, but prefer more purist sushi. The warm rolls are all crab stick based, and I wonder why so much of their sushi is cooked.
The chicken teriyaki, whilst not the most photogenic, was the tastiest dish.
