Bacon and cheese omelet

I pre-cooked the bacon in a microwave and cut it into small pieces.  I whisked up two eggs while the pan was heating up with just a tiny amount of butter in it.  When the butter began to turn brown I knew it was hot enough.  In went the eggs, and with a wooden spoon I pulled the mixture from the edges of the pan toward the centre, allowing new liquid to flow into the spaces this made.  When the mixture was set underneath, but only partly cooked on top, I added the bacon pieces and two handfuls of grated cheese.  With a spatula I folded the omelet over, allowed it to cook a few moments, before turning it over.  This made sure the cheese was melted inside when I served it.
