South African flavours at B Bar, Victoria

B Bar in Victoria is not immediately obvious as a restaurant that stands out, but once entering the decor gives a African feel and furniture is all very comfortable and well laid out. We tried many of the choices on our table, the highlights were the Bobotie Spring rolls to start – spring rolls filled with beef and served with a lovely dip/relish, the 10oz Ribeye steak and Chicken Schnitzel were both delicious, the steak still pink in the middle just as was required and the Chicken with a lovely lemony mash potato. Together with some easy to drink Blanc de mar it was a very nice find and addition to good eateries in the Victoria area. Certainly one to try!
