Double Byron burger

Byron burger (a small chain expanding across London)  does a fantastic burger. Look how deliciously medium rare it is, like I asked for it! mmm.

I ordered a double burger and separated the two layers with a layer of chips which I steeped in hot Cholula. It was a delicious way to line my stomach in preparation for the British beer festival that was taking place at Earl’s Court. Luckily there is a Byron burger at Earl’s court station albeit the other end from the Exhibition centre.
